Create & Manage Organizations

Learn how to create and manage company-wide accounts or "organizations" within the super.AI platform.

Super.AI organizations let you create company-wide accounts for multiple users to access and interact with relevant projects. You can switch between your personal super.AI dashboard and any organizations that you own or are a member of. Organizations ensure that the projects you work on are always organized contextually and remain easily accessible.

How to create an organization

If you want to create an organization, contact us and we will set things up for you.

Once you have created an organization, you can start inviting people to it.

If you have created or been invited to an organization, every time you create a new project, you can choose if the project is a personal project or belongs to an organization.

How to invite people to an organization

You will need to create an organization before you can invite people to it. Once youโ€™ve got one set up, follow the instructions below to invite people.

  1. Head to your super.AI dashboard
  2. Ensure that you are in the correct organization:
    a. Expand the profile menu at the bottom left
    b. Choose the correct organization from the Dashboard context dropdown
  3. Click Members in the left-hand menu
  4. Click Add member
  5. Enter the email addresses for the members you want to add
  6. Choose a role. See the organization roles section for more details.
  7. Click Send invitation

Invites will be sent to all the email addresses you entered. Once a user has accepted their invite, their status will change from Invited to Active in the table.

Organization roles

There are two types of organization roles: owners and members.

Owners

Organization owners have complete control over, and access to, the organization, including within any projects that have been created by other owners within the organization.

Upon accepting the invite, owners will see all projects within the organization when they switch to that dashboard.

Members

Organization members by default do not have access to any of the projects within an organization. You will need to add members as workers or collaborators for them to gain access on a project-by-project basis.

How to switch between organizations or accounts

  1. Head to your super.AI dashboard
  2. Expand the profile menu at the bottom left
  3. Expand the Dashboard context dropdown
  4. Select the relevant account or organization
