This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and use signature detection for your document processing needs. By following this guide, you can easily detect the presence of signatures in your documents.

Step 1: Add a New Field for Signature Detection During Onboarding

During the onboarding process, you will need to add a new field for signature detection. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the field selection section.
  2. Click on "Add New Field."
  3. Enter a desired name for the new field, for example, "My signature."
  4. Choose the field type as 'Signature'.

Step 2: Process Data Points with the Platform

Once you have added the signature field, the super.AI platform will automatically recognize any signature present in the documents during data processing. The platform detects if a signature is present in the document.

Step 3: Review the Results

After processing the data points, the platform will set the "My signature" field to true per document where a signature is identified. You can use this information to track the presence of signature in your documents and take necessary actions based on your requirements.
