Removing Collaborators

Summary: How to remove collaborators

• Step 1: From your dashboard, open the project whose users you wish to permanently delete. Click 'Project Settings' on the left hand side of the screen, then click 'Collaborators.'
• Step 2: Click the 'X' button next to the collaborator you wish to permanently remove from your project.
• Step 3: When prompted, click the 'Delete' button. A collaborator deleted message will appear in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Removing collaborators and members

API keys and associated uploaded documents are tied to individual users. As a result, removing a user as a collaborator on a project or as a member of an organization will restrict access to the documents they have uploaded. While you will still be able to retrieve extracted data from those uploaded documents, you will no longer have the ability to preview the document for output review or to reprocess it.
